Thank you for your interest in the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Hampshire. We are pleased to work with you to provide a unique part of the treatment process for some very special children.

Any child over the age of 2˝ and under 18 who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition may be considered for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of New Hampshire's program. Medical eligibility is based on national guidelines, and we will ask you to make the ultimate determination regarding whether your patient meets those guidelines.
