The Make-A-Wish Foundation® serves children who are under the age of 18 at the time of referral, and at least 2˝ years old. Eligibility is based on national guidelines and is ultimately determined by the child's physician.

The child may not have received a wish from any other wish-granting organization.

It is important to note that the financial status of a family is never a factor in eligibility and no child who meets our criteria is ever turned away.
