Every fulfilled wish represents a unique collaboration between wish families, medical professionals, volunteers and donors. An initial referral is needed to begin the wish process.

We accept referrals from three sources:

• Medical professionals treating the child, such as doctors, nurses, social workers or child-life specialists
• A parent or legal guardian of the child
• The potential wish child

It is not uncommon for us to be contacted by a relative or friend of a potential wish child. While we welcome these contacts, we do not want to intrude on a family's privacy. In the event that a friend, relative, co-worker, or some other caring individual contacts us about a potential wish child, we ask that individual to speak with the family to encourage them to contact us directly.

If you fall into one of these three sources of referrals listed above please don't hesitate to call. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and can take the referral over the phone, as well as send you a copy of our referral form. Once completed, you may then fax or mail your referrals to our office. You may also want keep copies on file for all future referrals.
